Welcome to Vidsnap! This User Service Terms (hereinafter referred to as “These Terms”) is an effective service agreement between the platform and all users, specifying the rights and obligations of all users to use this software and related services. By downloading, installing, registering and using the Vidsnap application, users indicate that they have fully read, understood and voluntarily agreed to comply with all contents of these Terms. 3.1.3 Use of this Software for commercial infringement, malicious marketing, illegal profitmaking, interfering with normal use by others, etc. is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property Statement

5.1.2 The Platform does not assume any liability for compensation due to material loss, content corruption, due to user device malfunctions, system anomalies, human mishandling, self-deletion of data.

5.1.3 The platform does not have to assume liability for damages to users due to temporary service disruptions due to network fluctuations, system upgrade maintenance, or third-party factors.

6. Regulatory Modifications and Termination

6.1.1 The Platform reserves the right to amend this User Terms at any time in accordance with product updates, compliance requirements, and industry standards, and the amended terms will take effect immediately upon publication in the application.
